South – Novelties Value-Added Promotion

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotional Competition (“Competition”) is organised by Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (Pty) Ltd (“Promoter”), franchise bottler of The Coca-Cola Company in the Western Cape.
2. The Competition is open to permanent residents and citizens of South Africa over the age of 18 years in possession of a valid South African Identity Document, except any Disqualified Persons as described in these rules.
3. By entering this Competition, all participants and winner/s agree to be bound by these rules which will be interpreted by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this Competition and any prize without notice at any time, for any reason deemed necessary.
4. In administering this Competition, the Promoter may collect and use personal information from Participants for the purposes of administration, verification, and publicity.
5. Selected partners may require Participants to provide personal information when claiming prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for these partners’ privacy policies.
6. This Competition runs from 27 October 2025 to 30 November 2025, both days inclusive.
7. To enter, purchase any 2 participating products (2×500ml RGB, 2×1.5L PET, or 2×2L PET) of Coke Original, Coke Zero, Sprite, Fanta, or Stoney. Write your name and phone number on your till slip and place it in the entry box provided.
8. The draw will take place on 05 December 2025 and winners will be contacted telephonically.
9. The Promoter will conduct a random draw from all entries received to determine possible winners. All entries must be valid and verifiable.
10. Confirmed winners will be notified telephonically on the draw date.
11. Participants may enter multiple times, provided they purchase participating products each time, but may only win one prize.
12. Participants who have won a Promoter competition in the last six months are not eligible to win.
13. Invalid, unclear, or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
14. If a winner cannot be reached or verified, a replacement winner will be drawn.
15. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of similar value if necessary.
16. The Promoter’s decision regarding any dispute shall be final and binding.
17. All participants indemnify The Coca-Cola Company and its affiliates against any claims arising from participation in this Competition.
18. Winners may be required to complete documentation to ensure compliance with these rules and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
19. Winners may be photographed or featured in media unless they decline participation in publicity material related to the Competition.
20. By entering, participants agree to all terms and conditions and the decisions made by the Promoter.
